Sonia Posada, 45, of Kennewick, Washington passed away at her home on October 30, 2019. She was born in Sunnyside, Washington on December 27, 1973, to Andres and Juanita Posada. She was a longtime Tri-Cities resident. She never married and worked as a cashier most of her life.
Sonia loved listening to music and dancing. She always made people laugh and put a smile on your face when you were sad. She also loved spending time with her family, always talking about her grand babies, that she missed and loved them so much. She always said to everyone, “I’m not expensive, I’m the dollar menu girl.” She will be missed dearly by all.
She is survived by her children, Alexandria Rocha, Lee Rocha Jr, and Juanita Rocha, grandchildren, Estrella Maldonado, Essence Montes, Alexiia Rocha, Francisco Cruz Jr, Ethan Rocha, brother Rene Posada, sister Consuelo Posada and many others.
She was preceded in death by, her parents, Juanita and Andres Posada, baby brother Andres Posada, Jr, uncle Robert Cuevas, and other family members.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2019, 2:00 pm ~ 7:30 pm, at Columbia Memorial Chapel, Pasco, Washington. A Funeral, Friday, November 8, 2019, 1:30 pm, Columbia Memorial Chapel, Pasco, Washington.
